I build narrative-driven games rooted in culture, curiosity, and creativity. My approach is grounded in a simple principle: creative freedom is earned through initiative. I believe the strongest ideas come from exploration, ownership, and follow through. I create environments where people are trusted to think independently, challenge assumptions, and bring forward ideas we can refine together.

My leadership style centers on curiosity, accountability, and execution. I value people who take action, willing to learn, and shape outcomes through effort. Innovation, to me, happens when freedom and responsibility move in sync. These values extend directly into the work. The games we create are designed to encourage players to take ownership of their choices, explore complex ideas, and engage with stories that carry emotional and cultural weight. Through intentional design and narrative systems, we aim to build experiences that are thoughtful, immersive, and lasting.

At every level, from team building, production, and to launch, the goal is the same. Create work that reflects depth, integrity, and a commitment to craft.
